Hi, I'm Jack Duffley!
Jack Duffley is the founder of Duffley Law, a Texas-based estate planning and probate firm dedicated to helping families and business owners protect what matters most.
He began his legal career in big law after graduating from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he gained firsthand experience in a highly structured environment and worked on commercial real estate transactions.
After relocating from Chicago to Houston, Jack faced a pivotal moment when he was laid off from his firm. Rather than returning to the traditional path, he chose to build something of his own.
That decision led to the creation of Duffley Law.
Since its founding, the firm has grown rapidly, expanding to a team of more than 20 members in under three years and serving over 1,000 clients across Texas. Jack has built the firm around a simple mission: to provide trusted legal guidance with integrity, clarity, and a personal touch.
He understands that estate planning and probate can feel overwhelming, which is why he approaches every client with both compassion and strategic focus. Jack believes that every family and business has unique goals, and he takes pride in delivering personalized counsel that reflects those values.
